Pricing and Invoicing

All fees for our services will be clearly outlined in project proposals and agreements. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typical payment schedules include:

• 50% deposit upon project commencement
• 25% payment at project midpoint
• 25% final payment upon project completion

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by DrupalMaze LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of their original content and any custom deliverables specifically created for their project, subject to the terms of the project agreement.

Third-Party Content

We may use third-party tools, libraries, or components in our projects. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses for any third-party components used in their final deliverables.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and code
• Financial information
• Customer and vendor information
• Any other information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of any project agreement.

Our Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and that deliverables will conform to the specifications outlined in the project agreement.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrupalMaze LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any term and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving notice of the breach.

Upon termination, you shall pay all fees due for services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where DrupalMaze LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, through binding arbitration.

You agree to indemnify and hold DrupalMaze LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
